Conversion Process:
Step one is Discovery. Preferred Bankers Resource along with the partner bank review and construct conversion data. A questionnaire is filled out to determine the set up detailed needed to construct a smooth conversion. This typically takes 1-2 weeks.
Step two is Design. A plan is designed. Terminal functionality is mapped and merchants are notified of the conversion. This typically takes 1-2 weeks.
Step three Implementation. Terminal download files are built. Pre calls are made to schedule set ups. Welcome kits are shipped. Merchants are downloaded and trained. Duration times vary, but normally we can coordinate 150 merchants within thirty days.
